OCHRE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (OBS) TRAINING COURSE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

By completing and submitting this registration form (online, emailed request or in any other form that was used to make a training booking), you are agreeing to pay any fee that may apply.

Payment must be made by the due date on the invoice even in the event the course is later cancelled. Failure to make payment may result in debt collection action being taken against the person or business named as requesting the training booking. My making the training booking any additional costs incurred by way of debt collection being undertaking will be added to the invoiced amount of any training booked.

CANCELLATIONS

OBS training offerings including (public, onsite, eLearning, webinars, less events and conference bookings):

Emailed requests received more than ten (10) business days prior to course – full refund; five to 10 business days prior to course – refund a $110 + GST service charge; fewer than five business days prior to course – no refund. Cancellations on the day of the course are also non-refundable. We do not accept phone cancellations. NO SHOWS

No shows are considered to be a cancellation.

TRANSFERS

A transfer is a request to change the location or date of your course. It should be made at least 5 business days prior to the course. A $25 + GST administrative fee will be applied for each transfer. Some restrictions may apply. Transfers are subject to availability and the standard cancellation policy. One transfer only, per booked course. A transfer fee will apply if the incorrect location or date is selected on your original application form. Please verify that you select the correct location and date to avoid transfer fees. You cannot transfer in less than 5 business days. Transfers cannot be made on the day of the course.

SUBSTITUTIONS

A substitution is to change the name of the person attending. There is no charge to substitute attendees on OBS training courses. Transfers and substitutions must be made in writing – email: admin@ochrebusiness.com

PRIVACY STATEMENT

  1. The information collected from you in this survey will be held by Te Puni Kokiri and your course provider. The course provider will conduct individual or whanau follow up/navigation sessions at the conclusion of the course. Any information collected will also be held by Te Puni Kokiri and the course provider. If you have any questions, please contact your course provider Leisa Nathan from Ochre Business Solutions Limited on 0800 007 993.

  2. The information you provide in this form and during any follow up sessions are required for the purposes of:

· registering your participation in the Sorted Kainga Ora programme;

· providing home ownership educational services;

· compiling data about course participants and undertaking research about the effectiveness of the course;

· enabling Te Puni Kokiri and the course provider to offer you other services, information and opportunities.

  1. Te Puni Kokiri may give your personal information to:

· contractors engaged by Te Puni Kokiri for the purpose of undertaking research about home ownership courses;

· authorised groups outside of Te Puni Kokiri to review our standards of service.

  1. Te Puni Kokiri will undertake an evaluation of the Home Ownership Education Programme to assess its effectiveness in helping people to become homeowners. As part of the evaluation, Te Puni Kokiri may want to interview a sample of people who have completed a home ownership course to find out how useful the course has been for them. Your contact details may be used for this purpose.

  2. Under the Privacy Act 1993, you have the right to request access to all the information held about you and to request corrections to that information.

  3. Te Puni Kokiri and the course provider may record any online workshops for educational purposes and you give consent in being recorded

  4. Important: This course is available to New Zealand residents only and as such, all material, resources and information are applicable to the New Zealand market.
